Concept art reveals that Jubilee was considered for X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST.

Costume illustrator Phillip Boutte Jr. has posted some of the many early costume designs he created for X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST designer, Louise Mingenbach. Most notably included in the bunch are two concepts for Jubilee, a character previously played by Katrina Florece (X-Men) and Kea Wong (X2, The Last Stand); the artwork shows actress, Jamie Chung.
