If you are registered, it is your Constitutional right to vote. ANYONE who says otherwise may safely be reported to the Justice Department. English proficiency is NOT a requirement to vote. Voter fraud is so statistically insignificant as to be nonexistent and there’s no point worrying about accidentally committing voter fraud because it is very difficult.
