Thomas Heatherwick reveals Zeitz MOCAA art galleries carved out of Cape Town grain silo

Thomas Heatherwick has created South Africa’s biggest art museum – by hollowing out the inside of a historic grain silo building. Described by the British designer as “the world’s tubiest building”, the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa, or Zeitz MOCAA, is set to become the world’s most important exhibition space for African art.

Belize: Day 6

Biked trails 4 miles to the west side of Ambergris Caye to Secret Beach, which ended up not being so secret due to four signs with pictures of hot dogs leading the way. Met some rad humans from the hostel in San Pedro and decided to explore the mangrove in search of a lesser known shore. One mile in, we discovered an abandoned house and the most pristine beach you could imagine with not a soul in sight. Pet a puppy, saw an iguana, ate some shrimp tacos. A solid day, indeed.
